About Ann

Hi , I'm Ann Howgego and have been teaching fitness for 20 years. For the last 14 years this has included Pilates. I teach a variety of fitness classes around Northampton in private health clubs, municipal centres and community classes. On average I teach 16 classes a week and 7 of these are Pilates classes.

I continually keep up todate attending fitness conventions, workshops and master classes throughout the year. My participants have come to love and loathe these events with equal measure never knowing what is coming next. I love teaching fitness to all, young or old, enthusiastic or the less ambitious among us and hope to inspire and motivate all types to include exercise as part of their lifestyle.
